How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please reach out to shop@bcam.net, for return instructions. Please note that we do not provide free returns. Your return will be processed upon arrival at the Museum. We do not accept returns of items that are no longer in selling condition. In the instance it is not returned in a selling condition, your return will not be processed and sent back to you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
After you make your order, you are not able to be modified in any way. Your order can be canceled any time before the order ships. Once you receive a tracking number, you are no longer able to cancel your order. To cancel your order, you will need to reach out to customer service representatives at shop@bcam.net. In the instance that your order ships before you are unable to reach a customer service representative, it will need to be processed as a return.
When will I receive my order?
We ship all our items via Canada Post. Depending on your location within Canada your orders will take 3 to 14 days (about 2 weeks) to arrive. Once your order is placed, it will take around two days to ship. You will receive an email once your order is shipped containing a tracking number for shipping. That tracking number will give you an estimate on your order's arrival date. Please be patient regarding your orders shipment, all time frames given are estimated.
How can I determine my size?
You can see all the details of the shirt sizing and composition in the description of the item. All measurements are provided in cm.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any international shipments. We only ship within Canada.
